New Delhi: Here, we present the four latest mid range smartphones which were launched a week ago. On the specifications front, all the three smartphones are much better than the expensive handsets. The budget for these is between Rs. 10000 - Rs 25,000.

1. Sony Xperia E1: The Japanese tech-giant Sony has launched another handset Xperia E1 in India. On specification front, the new handset runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system and sports 4.0-inch WVGA (800x480p) TFT LCD screen. Sony Xperia E1 is powered by 1.2GHz Snapdragon dual-core CPU, paired with 512MB RAM and 4GB inbuilt memory with options of expansion up to 32GB via micro-SD card.



The phone houses a 3.0-megapixel camera with 4X zoom, HDR (for pictures only), self timer and touch-capture. The Xperia E1 is powered by 2000mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 9 hours of talk-time and 551 hours of standby time.The company has concentrated itself on its Music features with this handset.


The new Xperia E1 boasts loud 100 decibel loud-speaker, with new enhanced Clear Audio+ mode, Clear Bass, xLoud Experience (Sony's exclusive audio filter technology), Shake-to-shuffle controls, a dedicated "long press to launch" WALKMAN button, TrackID music recognition, 3D surround sound and many more.

Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual: Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual is the another handset in the list On specification front, the handset features 6-inch HD Triluminos display with resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The new Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and is powered by a quad-core 1.4GHz Snapdragon 400 (MSM8928) processor with 1GB of RAM.



The phone comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It sports a 13-megapixel primary camera and 1.1 megapixel front camera with Exmor RS sensor.

3. Samsung Galaxy S3 slim: Under the name of its 2012 flagship device Samsung Galaxy S3 , the company has launched the Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim in Brazil. According to a Brazilian website the features of the smartphone are different from its former flagship. On specification front, the new Galaxy S3 Slim handset comes with 8GB in-built storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB).



The smartphone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and features 4.5-inch TFT display with a (qHD) 540x960 pixel resolution. The handset is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor (unspecified chipset) along with 1 GB RAM. The handset sports 5 Megapixel primary camera with LED flash and there is a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera.


The phone is packed with 2100mAh battery which promises good battey back-up.It also supports a micro-SIM card, instead of the regular SIM size. On connectivity front, the new Samsung S3 supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, AGPS and 3G options.

4. Moto X: Motorola's flagship smartphone Moto X is available in India through e-commerce portal Flipkart at Rs 23,999.Flipkart. The 32GB variant of the Moto X has not been planned for the country and the e-commerce website will only be selling the 16GB model in India.



The Moto X, runs on Android, has a 4.7-inch display, 10-MP rear camera & has a 2-MP front camera. It has dual-core processor with a 2GB RAM. It weighs 130g and comes with 16GB of internal storage. The smartphone has also been listed on www.pricedekho.com
